Oregon Reproductive Medicine (ORM) is seeking a full-time Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our Communications Department. This position will be located at our Bellevue, WA location.

ORM is an internationally recognized fertility clinic comprised of six physicians sub-specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology & a team of cutting-edge Embryologists, Board-Certified Genetic Counselors and talented clinicians and administrators.

The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, creative, and open-minded individual. This position requires the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, & work with a wide variety of cultures, ethnicities, & family types. Working closely with the Communications Manager, external partners, & various team members, the Communications & Marketing Coordinator should encompass a balance of creativity & analytical skills while maintaining brand awareness. Flexibility, adaptability, & ability to take constructive criticism are key. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously with little direct day-to-day supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a physician relations strategy to connect and grow referral base with local OB/GYN clinics
  • Establish proper marketing channels and strategies to promote ORM's growing service lines
  • Create and provide website content updates
  • Support local partnerships and event outreach initiatives
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Coordinator to help drive online traffic to company website, events and promote services lines
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data 
  • Help grow online presence by attracting followers through social media channels
  • Create content and draft posts for online platforms (Facebook, Blog, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Work with cross functional teams & vendors 
  • Organize meetings and establish healthy relationships with team members



  • 5+ years in progressive communications/marketing
  • B2B relationship building
  • Content development ' storytelling through various mediums (Print, digital, social, etc.)
  • Strong writing, editing, & proofreading skills
  • Proven community outreach and leadership impact
  • Creative, analytical & self-motivated 
  • Healthcare or medical background preferred; interest in women's health
  • Results oriented with the ability to maintain brand awareness and attunement with budget conscious approach
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Superior customer service skills for both internal & external customers
  • Some travel required. Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8AM to 4:30PM with some variation, occasional weekends, & holidays.
